    How long are the typical project durations? Are there part-time options available?

    Just like your situation is unique, a good solution needs to be flexible and exactly tailored to your needs. While some need a full-time interim solution, others get immense relief by having someone offering part-time support. That’s why we offer both options.

    How are interim managers compensated?

    Compensation is based on an hourly or daily rate. These rates vary depending on the position. Our margin for freelance placement is already included in the respective hourly or daily rate, which means no additional costs for you. All hours worked are thoroughly documented and invoiced at the end of each month.

    What are the success factors when working with interim managers?

    Clear goals and communication: Clear goals and communication are the backbone of every successful project. This also means that the relationship between you and us should be based on open communication right from the start. The more openly we can discuss your goals and current challenges, the quicker we will find a matching solution.

    Yes, we can also work with you on a contractual basis if you operate as a legal entity (such as a GmbH or UG) and are registered as the managing director or managing partner. Of course, you can also work with us if you are a sole proprietor (self-employed or freelance).

    What are the payment terms?

    You digitally submit your invoice alongside the activity report signed by the client. We then pay you on the 10th or 20th of each month — depending on which date is closer to the date you submitted your invoice.
